Published prices are a charter commitment, not a marketing choice. On the verification line the number you see is the number every buyer gets — no quote-only pricing, no “it depends” discovery calls to find your budget. The coaching line is published too, volume breaks and all.

An invoiced Sparring fee credits 100% toward a Program signed within 90 days — the only credit path Tektari runs. Verification fees never credit toward anything.

Program add-ons, published too: Sustainment retainer $6K/mo (3-month minimum) · SME vertical track +$15–30K · alumni cohort membership $50/seat/mo or $500/seat/yr · re-measure & ROI refresh $10K · embedded advisory $50–250K.

The only structured discounts run on the Program: association or partner members take 10% off the program total, and a signed multi-wave commitment prices one per-seat band lower — never below the $1,500/seat floor, and never stacked. Verification prices have no discount path at all.

why prices are public

Quote-only pricing lets the seller price the buyer, not the work. Two companies ask for the same three weeks of work; the one with the bigger budget gets the bigger number. Publishing the price takes that move off the table — starting with us.

The two lines above are firewalled: verification fees never credit toward coaching, and no assessment we issue carries an incentive to find you a bigger problem.
